Follow function only works after unfolling people

Hi! I have a big account with over 50k Followers which I have received through following and unfollowing people.
I am bot using a bot. I am following around 1.000 people a day manually (around 30 people every 10 mins). This was working really good since 3 years. Sometimes I got blocked because I followed or unfollowed too many people in a short time but then usally it was working after 1-24 hours. Sometimes I also have received that the follow function is blocked for one week and than it was working again.
Now I have a big problem..
I think because I have unfollowed too many people in a short time my follow function is not working correctly. I can only follow people after I have unfollowed people. I was following around 5.000 people and everytime I have unfollowed some people I could follow some more. But now I am on a point where I am following less than 100 people in total and the follow function is not working. So i could unfollow 50 people but then only follow 20 new people. And when I am following 0 people the follow function is not working (the only thing I could do is to wait until some followers have accepted my old follow requests, then unfollow them and follow some more people).
I hope you understand what I mean..
Has anybody had the same problem and does know what I can do?
I connected my instagram with facebook, changed profile description and the name but nothing worked.
I have also texted instagram and have not received a response. Also I have not received a notification that my account is blocked, it is just that the function is not working correctly..
What should I do?

I have also 2 other accounts where I do the same and everything is working normally.
By the way: is it bad that I post in all accounts the same pics and have the same profile description and website url? In 3 years I never had problems with this. I managing the accounts with 3 different phones and I have somebody who uses my account in a different country. Is this a problem aswell?
Should I use a proxy? I heard that instagram also has a list of proxy servers and is shadow banning the accounts which use this..
I am just asking because I dont want that the same thing happens to my other accounts..

Instagram have a follow limit ( no of people you can follow). you can't follow above the limit. I think that's around 7.5k.
And when you follow someone, and that account is private he will be added in that list, it doest matter it, if he accept your request or not. If he accepts he will be added in your following list, but if the request remains in pending it will not show in following list but it will affect your following limit.

So in your case your follow request is pending in more then 7k accounts. And it means you can't follow more accounts.

My advice - never follow private accounts, just follow public ones.

I dont believe this is true. I am following people since 3 years with 3 accounts. I must have over 50.000 people who have their account on private and still have not responded to my request.
Also this does not explain why people can still follow me. I receive daily new follower - people who I dont follow or people who have accepted now my follow request. So if this limit existed I would not be able to follow them.
Today for an example I unfollowed 50 people and after this I could follow 15 people before it was not working anymore.

I am following right now 31 people. If I unfollow them I could follow 10 new people and then it would not work again

Its not true what he wrote. The private ones will not be added to any list. Otherwise it would not possible that I was following around 7.000 people plus many privates who still had not accepted my request. And also it would then work if unfollow my private requests but it does not.

Can anyone recommend me a forum where there are more people with instagram knowledge?

I run multiple accounts and I am really quiteeeee certain that there's a soft limit of following at 7.5k, as of now. Feel free to disagree, that's just based on my experiences.

Of course there is a limit of 7500 but not for private accounts. I am running multiple accounts since 3 years. If I follow 1.000 people every day with every account since 3 years I would now have more than 50.000 private accounts which still have not accepted my follow request.
If there was a limit for private accounts I would not now receive new followers. But I receive new followers from privates. The only problem is that I have to unfollow them in order to follow new people. And when I unfollow 50 I can not follow 50 new people. I can only follow 15 or something like this
