was a great panel at the start, but currently i'm only disappointed, about the services, about the support (bond has a rude way of helping out) and the delivery time.
for example, i ordered an "automated" ig like service, which even isn't auto (i was charged 38.40$), after contacting the support team there are different ways of solving:
marvin: "Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear about the inconvenience...." - kinda keepin me calm, nice way
bond: "Yes,If you face any issue You've to create ticket
It can take upto 12 hours to send the likes..." - kinda saying "p*ss off, its not my problem"
i have daily orders and can't keep 12 hours a day attention to a customer and his postings for the next 30 days and everytime he post something wait for 12 hours to get his automated likes and if not going back create a ticket and wait until something happens the next hours..
the second thing, none customer will keep cool and calm for more than 3 days, at some point, he will come back and claim for his money to get payed back, thats the only reason why somebody has to complain.. i'm working with followiz for some weeks, also with other panels and since i launched the followiz-panel, i was really excited at the beginning and it is a great panel, but something have to change in the way of communication with your resellers and the way how something will be solved...
first of all, if it isn't an automated service which can deliver the order in few minutes - hours (about 3 or 6), than i would like to fix that, refund it or change it in any way, i can't loose customers which order regulary only at my site because of an service which coast a lot and doesnt works as described / used to work (i ordered once a smaller auto like service and it works great, the customer never complained!)

followiz is a great and special panel for everyone who wants quality services and quality followers, its one of the less panels which always informs his customers at the order page about updates!
you can try it by your own and you will be satisfied (especially if everything works like promised)
