I have an adsense account so can I use it for my 2-3 days old website for revenue ?

I want to build a new website so I'm thinking to buy domain from namecheap and should I try hosting from www.hostpixal.com because they are providing shared hosting for 3 years in only 4$ with coupon code "3Years"

Or otherwise please suggest me from where to buy it for hassle free service and best up time of the site.

I think no issue sir as long that site is the second opinion. I mean you have the primary old site/blog.

that new site only for buffer.

keep the quality of traffic to your website to minimize the risk of getting banned

Depends on your experience and plan.
If you plan to have 1M users a day you need a special hosting if you don't have a number in mind and start small any hosting will work.
However, plan ahead, you may go with WordPress hosting or something more expensive, but with support like LiquidWeb.

DigitalOcean, Linode or LiquidWeb

Linode & DO will require you to do the setup yourself or get a tech, LiquidWeb is managed, price difference $20 vs $200+, depending on what you need and plan to do.

You surely can. If you plan to have very little traffic that's the way to go, but if you plan to go serious, you'll need something more advanced.
You can get $0.99 from Godaddy and get a free month of hosting

I already tried godaddy and I'm not at all satisfied with the customer support that's why planing to have it from namecheap (is it a bad idea to have it from namecheap)

In the end I want to use the Wordpress as my website builder because I'll get the premium theme from here [WORDPRESS] and I also learned some wp tutorials from lynda so it is final that I've to use WP because I'll do other important things on wordpress with the plugins.

So please let me know can I use WP as my website builder on namecheap and what other options do I have..
I visited Linode but online on their website they have not mentioned anything about WP.

Linode, same as DO is not managed, means you'll need to have a tech setup WP for you if you don't know how to do that.
In my eBook I wrote on how to start your traffic arbitrage site, choose hosting etc.
It looks like you already made your mind towards namecheap - so you can continue with their wp hosting and it will be fine till you start getting big volumes of traffic.
