Just saw a tweet from McAfee about DGB https://twitter.com/officialmcafee/status/944555048880746497

He has been talking about it a lot recently and today its on fire. Just wanted to hear others thoughts on DGB, a lot of people sign its praises but it still seems like it's in the shadows in terms of media coverage.

I know there are plenty of people on here that are trading crypto right now and plenty who think it's evil so it would be good to get other peoples perspectives on this one.

McAfee just pump random shitty coins in which he is into, then dump and earn each tweet.
He done this with several coins like Eletroneum, Verge, Kwh and many others.Today is DGB.
Don't fall in the trap, there are several good coins with serious development team, marketing plans, roadmaps and technology; If you wanna invest in crypto pick one of those and hold it, not some shitty random coin only because McAfee said it ;)

I was merely mentioning it, the fact that McAfee said that is neither here nor there really but I thought I would reference it seeing as it was very recent and part of the news surrounding the coin at this moment. I'm not going to sit here and defend him or DGB though lol. I just wanted to hear what others have to say about it :)

Despite i think TRX is worth nothing in the long term, I would buy some only for the not-at-all shady smile of his founder:

Be wary of coins that McAfee tweets about, it's classic pump and dump, and he's been pumping a lot recently. Here are some coins he recently tweeted out:

  • DigiByte (7day gain 259.01%)
  • BURST (7 day gain 224.15%)
  • Electroneum (7 day gain 58.85%)
  • SAFEX (7 day gain 74.36%)
  • Verge (7 day gain 632.34%)
You get the point....

Although some of them are actually really good so do your research.
 
Be careful of buying what Mcafee promotes for a long-term investment.
 
Already owned Electroneum and verge before the tweets, however i did buy more verge when he tweeted it out.

He's definitely mentioning some great coins with potential, I'd be more wary of ICO coins he's promoting especially.

These days you can profit off tons of coins however it doesn't mean they'll be great projects in the long run, may well just be pump and dumps, do the research, check the teams out and roadmap.

He pumps coins, and has done so with other shitty coins, but DigiByte is NOT a shitty coin whatsoever, and it's a coin that's been around longer than most. Extremely quick transactions, cheap, Digishield which is used by a lot of coins, longest public blockchain, 5 unique algos for mining etc.

I have read about that stuff too and that's why this one interests me more than some of the other alt coins. It certainly seems like there is something there to back it up as a valid coin more than some of the others mentioned. It will be interesting to see where it is in a few months time.

Their marketing is what's letting them down, it's pretty terrible, they know it, and have done for a while. Hoping they increase marketing efforts in 2018, it's a really great coin, has been undervalued for such a long time.

you can bet your ass he loads up on these coins before he " recommends" them, oh yeah and he tells all his friends before he recommends it
