Youtube reviewing channel almost 30 days?

Do someone know what is happening?
I have reach 10k views 22nd November, and youtube still is reviewing my channel. Meanwhile I made 400k views without ads...
My first channel is reviewed in two days at end of October, and got monetisation there.
Ton of people are asking same question on "Youtube Help forum", but no one is answering on it...

Do someone know something?
I have invested a lot of time on my channel to be authentic and interesting...

hello. me too i have 1 youtube channel reached more then 10k views. its in pending review state in monetization from more then a month.Dont know why it is. I have tried to disconnect and connect it again but there is no option

Is it necessary for a Youtube channel to be verified with mobile number before it can be submitted for monetization review? I created a few channels and all have reached 10K. I applied for monetization and they are stuck in review. One of the channels (with verified phone number) which I had applied earlier had gotten approved in 4 days. But the other channels are stuck in review for 3 to 4 weeks now.

Have you guys verified the account with a phone number?
