To someone who don't want to read through full thread, here are some points that can help scale:

1) Use a (smart) bot for uploading - saves time for other important tasks
2) Upload to more mother tube sites - I uploaded only on xvideos
3) Use some smart tools like ZennoPoster - don't know how to use it yet, but its smart tool
4) Quality over quantity (that doesn't mean HD videos, but quality in term of content) - less bans, more views
5) Just work more! I found out that some people can manually upload about 40 videos per day (with a normal job and life). I upload just about 5-10 videos per day. And its just because I am lazy to make more effort. If I will upload 5 times more videos, I should make at least 2x more money.

Things that came to my mind when I was trying to figure out how to scale (not tested yet):
6) Making video lists containing your videos - these lists gets sometimes ranked in Google (don't know if it work without verified account), or you can post links to these lists in forums etc.

hello, I have a trip similar to yours, I have 12 videos in xvideos and I receive like 700 click per day, but less than 1 $ generates me, what do you think it could be?

700 clicks per day is great for 12 videos If your traffic doesnt convert, try another offer or landing page
