Any body tell me how to generate backlinks for YouTube video. If i create backlinks on directory sites will it good for my video or not..

Also if there are any resources to generate or to get real views please tell me... And Method
(Must be safe for adsense)

You can try "video submission sites".. Most of the video sites allow to link to YouTube videos..this is one of the best method.
