Sometimes it cannot solve some easy captcha.

It's a sandard Solvemedia captcha, which are often weired. In this example first letter is overlapped with auxiliary text. Yes, you may understand the phrase anyway, and it sound simple, but... think how the workers guess those captchas in a flow. Seeing first letter overlapped is a good reason to judge it as unsolvable. So in this case we can't blame the worker of remissness. Whatsoever, we don't claim that we are error free, but our unique quality monitoring procedures assure one of the best accuracy levels in the marketplace. Just as we mentioned above, we use manual labor which is far more accurate then automated solutions. So each time you send a captcha, someone one the other side solves it and earns their leaving.
