Maybe because Indonesian leads gives 0.03$? Other networks gives 1$ for indonesian leads?

from my supplier @valarinstagramis he gave proxy,instagram name ,password,email, password email tumblr prelander url etc.. you can change that all yourself

Phone verification the 2nd day i got in all my accounts almost, and i had to think what i can do but i didn't give up. With power of god i got 2nd chance and the pva was gone after 7 hours (No joke)

No bans using 2 accounts per proxy and 3 in my home's IP totally 11-12 CPl accounts and one normal niche. One of the accounts got banned or something i can't find it is possibly i changed name without saving it in my notepad.txt and i lost that I did warm up slowly i added bio in day 4 and no blocks at all but these days Gram multi tool saying some times Max Operations Reached and is like a block :/

You can start with 1 account but is better to start with 5 ( atleast ) you can buy cheap accounts depends your supplier, for bot you can buy the cheapest (gram multi tool for 10$) and proxies depends what you want 5 proxies for 10 accounts is good (2 proxies per account, a lot of people use 3 accs per 3 proxies but i didn't try). For VPS you can get 1 year free from Amazon (AWS)

When Grammulti-tool says max operations reached, it means the settings you have added to run accounts at once reaches, for example if you have set 10 max accounts to run simultaneously , and you are using 20 accounts then 10 of them will run at the same time, after 10 finish doing their operations, other 10 will run.
You can increase the number of max accounts running at the same time from clicking the settings icon and increasing this number
