I just signed up for your serp tracker and I have two issues.

I'm tracking both desktop and mobile keywords. Desktop keywords are showing up fine but for mobile, nothing is showing up at all. It's been a few hours since I've last refreshed it too.

Also how do we add notes to keywords? I can't seem to find the function anywhere.

How does this tool compare to ahrefs?

I do like a lot of what this tool has to offer (when it's working). My problem is that since I signed up, the website has been very intermittent for me. Often times, I'm presented with this.

I generally need to press Refresh / CTRL + F5, around 10 times before it actually loads for me. This has now become an every day, and multiple time daily occurrence.

But again, when it does work, I love it! The Google ranking results are much more accurate than Serpbook, IMO, and I've used Serpbook for years. Bing / Yahoo results aren't very accurate in SerpMarker, but I've already reported this to you. Still awaiting an update.

A response like this is an example of very poor customer service. Rather than offering to investigate the issue, you assume that I don't know when I'm connected to the internet? Really? I can literally do everything else online (gaming, video streaming, uploading content, refreshing email, browsing websites, searching Google, etc), all while being unable to connect with your website.

We have checked on our ends and there is no such error on multiple connections on different systems. There isn't anyone else reporting any such issues or any connectivity issues to us as well, hence this is assumed to be a localized issue on your end.
