Dont understand question

If product a PVA how it can ask for verification ? If it ask - we replacing accs
If product a not PVA and it ask for verification we replacing accs because they are not as we promising in product description

We not replacing when buyer ask for replace after long time of using after sale. We think what accs was used for some buyer needs already or it is flaged for some reason by fb

2 Try use pop3 or smtp on mailerking/outlook/pochta/etc software
3 dont forget account format mail ; pass ; number
4 If not helped add ticket in the member area - insert bad accounts into ticket and we will replace them
