Use Real Address Generater to Get Real Information of People so you can submit it to adwords fake address not going to work

Each time you have to submit new domain for ads approvel if you submit any old domain your adwords will be suspend soon

Once you Buy VPS open And install VPN to Get Private IP - Send Message to VPS Provider so they Setup for you private IP in VPS which never used

Second Also Message to VPN provider so they can give You Private IPS Make Sure the Both ips Are private

Once the Both Step Complete Go to Hotmail And Create New account With Same Details which you are going to use also for Adwords My Friends

Make Your Adwords with Hotmail Email When its Done

Make Payeer account And uplaod Funds of 10$ And Create VCC And then add the billing information in Your AdWord Account

Once you Create Adwords account With billing information Leave the Account For 24 hour Do not put Ads Direct into your account -

once 24 hour Complete you can submit your Ad if your ads get under review for 2 to 3 days don't worry it will be approved in some hours if its not approved

What you have to do wait for 8 hour or 6 hour Close Your VPS and then open after 6 hour and remove the ads which you submit But remember one thing do not delete
the Ad Set Create new Text Ads And Selct ad Set Group Which you already made For first Campagin your Ads Will be approved within 10 minute

I Already Mention in my Post You Must have to Wait 8 to 10 hour And then Remove the Ads And Make New One And select the Old Ad Set the Ads Will be Approved Without Getting 2-3 days Review Second Make New Domain + upload theme that's it if you use old domain which already used in old adword account it not gonna work .

It's working with the coupon + threshold but I need to find a reliable way to get cheap payment methods as I used some old real card and may have to order some more credit cards which cost 99 cents and have no money on them. Didn't need to wait long as my ad got approved within 6 hours + started the ad as soon as I made the account.. no need to wait 24 hours

I tried this time last year with neteller.. it worked once then after that I got instant bans 3 times but I guess because I tried to use a library pc rather than VPS..
