Do need to keep all products or need single product? If Yes....then its single product website with few pages? what is suggested...single or multiple products?

With single script, can I upload multiple websites at same time?

How should be website structure? How it should be considering Google and other search engines?

what are methods/SEO/Link building are suggested to get no.1 position in search engine?

Be realistic, the keyword "Viagra" has tremendous competition. If you don't know how to rank it then you will be fighting a losing battle.
If you are inexperienced then I suggest learning how to rank a low competition keyword first, build up your experience and knowledge.
A noob trying to rank "Viagra" is like a dolphin fighting a shark.

you can do a nice website but your need to use paid traffic and socail media to get noticed/ traffic , becouse the whole industry is saturated, but still room for everybody becouse sex sells and the ladys like big knobs ....

the website will be very easy to setup use wp and a already made theme.

just review every pill on thec page add nice images and send traffic.

More like a goldfish fighting a shark, at least the dolphin could be smart enough or outmaneuver and outlast the shark and get away with its skin and sometimes even win
