Can i rank ?

hey
i have been doing some keyword reseach and i found a pretty popular one with a difficulty of 20 in KWFinder , looked it up and found only youtube videos and some twitter account ranking on it .
my question is can i rank on this kw and how long would it take and how expensive would it be ? and what do i start with ?

If your are doing some keyword research, you might know what keywords to optimize for..
Ranking keywords to top page of Google is SEO..

Do SEO, Rank keywords - Simple!
Don't ask people - whether i rank or not ? how long does it take ? etc etc type of questions..

Because, Its all Up with the hands of Google & you - How quality links you build.. Thats it.

You can also try posting a video for that as well . And if your video is good, and properly optimized for SEO, with its title>description, etc, it should be able to rank fairly as well for that particular keyword. But to push it further, you may need to point a few quality links to that video of yours, and then if you can bump its view count and comments, that will be a big bonus.

What do you mean by "quality links" ? You can bit explain pls

Upload quality videos and make hashtags your niche related and it should be easily searchable one. You can rank your keywords. Be patient for Ranking period because it depends on search engines.

i want to link a website for it , i have already done the kw research and found this one partly not so hard , my question really is what service do i buy exacly for it ? i've been looking at the marketplace but most of the package services are out of my budget, so i figured i'd do some work manuelly and leave the hard work to an expert . it shouldn't be expensive , right ?

Very broad question, hard to give answer. The price depends on what you are looking for and if you are hiring a freelancer or an agency.

Usually outranking youtube videos and twitter accounts is pretty easy.
Sometimes they get links, but usually they just rank off of authority.

Depends what your trying to rank and the statistics of said thing though.
