I got asked to fill it but I always got that I don't need to so ... yeah not sure what else to say. I need to pay 400$ franchise tax for this year then I will close the company up as I don't need it anymore.

But 5 days ago there was a credit card refund. And Stripe is trying to get money from Payoneer. But it couldn't, stopped payments too and gives this error

No they didn't. I thought it is strange too. There is like $40 chargeback but there is 200$+ received money waiting for to send my Payoneer from Stripe.
Why they just take that charback from my balance on Stripe, I really don't know.

I didn't try it yet! I'll give it a shot and report back. But normally Stripe should take money from your threshold at least this is how they solve it when using shopify. I think this is more related to the fact that you run things under fake infos, you should play it legit for the long run with payment processors.
Regarding transferwise they are planning to add a debit card, so it would be exactly as Payoneer + way lower fees and many currencies holding possibility.

Hey there! Just install it on the phone, it would work it's how I did it, I downloaded it on the playstore. But yes Sonetel would work if you're able to receive SMS with it.

in the appstore, textnow is not available in my country
i just bought a sonetel number, tested with sms from my phone, received nothing, even in email

isn't that what stripe wants and those are services offered in US, it's a guide how to do it
