Some writers have a better writing style than others. Some are more experienced in writing SEO content and copy-written texts than others. While all write grammatically correct, naturally there are some better writers in our team.

Interested in this as well. If I ordered not sure if it'd need to be 'light research' or 'superb'
I just ordered my first article from them to test the waters. I did the research myself, sort of. I provided a document telling them the exact sections I want created, LSI keywords they could use, the style and look of the article, and several sites they could use for their research. The niche I am in should not need "deep" research for the products/articles I want written. However, seems logical to me that the more information you provide the less likely there will be a misunderstanding in what you want and that writer has the best chance to provide it correctly the first time. Just my two cents.

I am doing the exact same thing to my authors, as well as GoSuperb guys. Now I decided to test for the first time not the "Superb" type of content with the same fully provided documentation. And we'll see how it actually goes.
