Got back yesterday from my first day of offline CPA lead grabbing.

Got a couple of old laptops that I borrowed from some mates. Gave them a rub down with a damp cloth and brought them to my local shopping centre where I had a stall setup. Hired a couple of nice looking, bubbly, confident college chicks and told them that I would give them a euro for every sign-up they got. They were apprehensive at first but once I told them they could comfortably make 10 euro/hour (tax-free ), that shut them up!

So they went about the day and got large amounts of sign-ups for me and I was quite amazed (14/hr each). The way i had it set-up was I registered a domain that was similar to the offer I was promoting (free trial of weight loss pills but they had to pay for the packaging & postage) and redirected it to that offer. So it all looked fine and didn't raise flags in my leads sub-conscience!

Close to 2000 euro profit for me that day :eyebrows:


So basically what I did was i got paid 2000 euro to hang around with some cute 18 year old chicks for the day!!! :flirt:

This is where greed sets in. A couple of months, I thought you just couldn't make any money online (was even considering becoming a Kleneze salesman! ewww!). But now with 2000 euro profit in my hand I couldn't help thinking about all the potential leads that my girls and I missed out on because we were busy talking to other leads!

I need more girls, more laptops and more shopping centres and will be travelling the country with this. All part of the plan to become a millionaire by the time I am 30 (i'm 25 on Tuesday)

P.S. If I see anybody from this forum on my turf, prepare for a shoot-out. Seriously. :AR15firin

Devil's advocate - Wouldn't you're AM be suspicious that all your leads (€2,000 worth) came from the same IP address that day? How do you deal with that contigency?

BTW, great to see a good offline strategy again, though I'd imagine most guys wouldn't have the balls to ask a couple hot chicks if theyd like some easy money...

Good Q. I cleared that with him at the start. He mentioned that he was aware of people doing this method and was surprised that more people aren't doing it!

This is my first time doing this and paying my girls entirely on a commission base, was key. I guess from their end they felt more like a partner than a mere employee and got paid based on their effort. That really boosts morale.
Even better if you are friends with 2 girls that knew eachother and are competitive (play sports together or something). This would work great I think!

But this method is infinitely scalable. If you know of a mall/shopping centre near an airport you are guaranteed a fresh stream of leads every day if you wanted!

I set up inside. The way the mall was built, it's like a crosshairs and i set up at the centre of that. There are seats there and a little water fountain. You know the kind of place i am talking about?
I had the option of renting a booth out to do this but it was easier set up a few tables and screen it off from the passers-by. I am sure there would be some facility in a mall near you where you could rent some floorspace. Like I've seen it in other malls, where they sell phone accessories and stuff off a fancy trolly.
I suppose I just got lucky that the shop owners didnt report me. But they weren't exactly frothing at the mouth either, I don't think they saw me as that much of a threat.

Also what I am doing next week is handing out flyers for the people who do not 'have time to stop' so maybe later they would go home and do it there, and tell their friends.

Ya there is a million ways you could do this!

You could go to carshow with insurance offers etc. etc. endless possibilities. And if done right this could be an easy six figure sum pa!

But it sure beats the hell out of trying to get my ads to stick on craigslist, and it gets me outta the house. I spend way too much time on the web!

Ya anywhere there is a 'you are here' sign or anywhere you can fit it.

Offer was paying out at 10 euro but they had to pay for p+p.

The girls were very proactive, we got a lotta guys.

We were in 4 about 10 hrs (open till close)

Single story mall - check the vid for more info. Watch it the whole way through and pause where it says 'Dominant Regional Town Centre' - that is where I set up. You can see in the vid some tables already set-up but not by me tho!!

1 mall, 2 tables, 2 laptops, 2 girls plus 10 hours = 2000e profit for me

It is near impossible to get free space at a mall - i think you got lucky.

Advice - get some tshirts made with the offer printed on the tshirts for the girls - looks better and more professional.

Nice offline venture man. Props on having the balls to do it... I for one know how profitable this approach can be. I've done this with diet/health products and its worked well.

What niche was your product in?

weight loss pills.
think it was novel for my area. not many people do internet marketing, not even recognised here. I dont know of anybody who does it and you never hear about it here.

Hire more girls, spread out to more malls, put up some professional-looking posters and flyers to promote this product etc. If you're making 2000 euros at one mall, you could try doing this at five malls at the same time. When you have everything under control, just hire more girls and do this in every mall in your city. Then expand. Travel to a new city and do the same thing there. I love methods/ideas like this.

Mine was for free because the space there wasn't/isn't that much in demand. But even if you had to pay 1000e for the day i'd still pay it.

it's good in theory, and please don't take offense to this because I am very appreciative of the share (and validation in a way, I've had similar ideas offline wise) but I am skeptical about the AM being okay with it. I mean that's basically opening up the network to a huge risk of cpa fraud. It would seem if you talked to them on the telephone, the am that is, and considering these are CC joins, giving you a pass is not all that unlikely (I know I have a mainstream, non ewhore business that I have affiliates for, and I would be okay with this under the right circumstances).
