Hi, anytime I want to create an account in for example LEADBOLT or OUTBRAIN I search for reviews on google and I see people saying it is a scam and it's the same thing for every mobile advertising platform, Now the question is ... IS THERE ANY MOBILE ADVERTISING ??

Not all mobile apps are scam, mobile app developers can integrate easily offer wall into the apps and let users earn $$

Outbrain is kinda spammy (they're the guys with the really stupid "here's the secret X don't want you to know" interstitials in all the wanna-be "journalism" venues) but not really a scam outright. There's a bunch of them like that, taboola and whatnot. No idea about the other one you mention.

We have clients there spending $10k+ per day on mobile advertising... I don't think they do it for fun

I don't know leadbolt but outbrain is one of the biggest native ads networks in the world.

Hiya there. I'm also part of a network with global coverage, but your question can't be answered with just one, two or three recommendations. The mobile marketing industry is full of resources, but you always need to look for some clear indicators (how the affiliate manager talks to you, their offers, how they perform, reviews on the internet about them, their website and blog, etc).
Also, my partners usually ask about payment term flexibility and hidden details/costs. These are important aspects, because if you cash in $10k in one month and never get the money, you've basically lost it all
I would suggest doing your research online. But bear in mind that not always the best one in the market is the best option for you, as they might be too busy for somebody new.
