It sure has been a learning experience and fun to watch. Wished I wasn't drinking and partying my life away when YT came out, it sure has become a lot harder with all the competition.

I did but still I dont know what is the reason behind this.

Ive had about 800hits in organic traffic but about 96% came from outside YT and 2% in YouTube search but it's picking up, first I didn't rank for any keywords and now for 6.

Just wondering, does it mean that HR views are useless if you don't use the unlisted technique?

You need hosting too if willing to host yourself ... You can use you network lander page if you don’t want to but hosting.
