IG new accs warm up quest

Hey guys ! When I decided to buy IG accs I found out that they disappeared or something lol I can't find any provider selling NON-PVA 1yr aged IG accs so guess I'm fucked
Anyways if anyone could help by telling me what settings should i be using to warm up some fresh ig accs ? And also when should I be able to add links in the bio ?

idk dude, the way IG is heading you will see people hiring VA's to pretend to be bots pretending to be humans just to have multiple accounts lol
