Best Judge Show Episodes

I have been seeing this trend lately on YouTube. Users rip judge shows, chop them up, and make videos based on the most popular judge shows. How effective is this and would this increase risk of copyright infringement?

I have been checking out this channel below and it grew from 5k to more than 42k in about 3 months:

it a grate method try it....

you just need to zoom in and hide any copyright watermarks...

you can also put a background color and shrink the video and play it that way ......

adding a music that low and free in the background but still hearing the words is also a good way..

all the big boys do it this way...
