Great share man... but for the URL anchors, I usually stick to one prefix. I don't have any hard evidence it makes a difference, but over time of adding links i've always seen a bigger boost from an URL anchor with the right prefix.

You opened my eyes though with the name instead, I may use that on blog comments from now on.

About the persona anchor text... it "seems" to be yielding even better results if it's the exact Google+ profile name and that profile links to the money site and money site to the profile.

I don't have an exact percentage currently to what I am going with for my anchors. But I do (roughly) 60% URL anchors, 20% brand, 15% generic, and then the last 5% is used for LSI. Then i'll add the odd exact. what kind of percentages are you working with?

Do you see a difference with using niche relevant sites and non-niche relevant sites when using keyword anchors?

Great share thought I do not believe you need than many variations at the moment. Maybe just domain.com and http://domain.com (or www version if you use it), and that's ok. And of course sometimes exact keyword for HQ links.

I see a difference, yes, but only like 15-20%.

For example, T-Ranks (my PBN rental service), is all about non-relevance. It's all about power and low OBL.

I make the link blend-in so the content is readable and makes sense. It's not about the moneysite specifically like "gurus" suggest to do it tho.

Clients do receive significant boost still.

I think it's all about numbers. What you described is fine if you do like 10 links. If you do 1000 and you still have only 3 anchors, you might trigger something.

This is more like a collection of ideas tho. You really don't need to use them all on a single site.
