Instaheap is a scam，How can I get money back?

I tried to find the best online bot. As I checked Instaheap, when my free trial is over. My account is still following people. I can not stop it. Because there is no button for it. That's means I need to pay 9 days fee to remove my account. Only When I paid, there is stop button

And then today, when i wake up, I received a notification from my phone.100 USD was charged from my credit card.

How can get my money back？Anyone can help me?

There is no excuse to charge anyone's credit card where the card owner did not authorize it. Period!

Personally, I wouldn't care if they gave me two years free use I wouldn't use them now. Whats to say they don't have some sort of "error" again.

OP if I was you I'd contact your credit card company. Maybe the best way to stop them using your card again would be to request a new card with new numbers and expiry dates so this company don't have your card on file. I wouldn't trust them EVER AGAIN...

i have a neighbor who has same model car as me but a dif registration
i never feel inclined to try my keys in his car,

so why would u charge some1
who has a similar email to another user, u can only charge a user with the
email they signed up with, not with some1 elses who look similar
