If phone verifications are the most difficult hurdle you have a much more difficult road ahead beyond that. There are people on here that offer such services. Followliker isn't going anywhere as they are a Russian based company and could give two shits about IG policies...I've done CPA since September and still have accounts generating income I hadn't touched since January.
