How to reduce bounce rate in my site?

the page looks good but being honest to much info .

I would have the written red and above link only fist page ,and then links for all other info.

the page still loads slow and that on a 200 line at home.

when I was scrolling down and hit all them read more info links I got board ...

Well the bounce rate normally refers to the visitor which visits your site, and leave your site without checking out the rest of your site, so that is categorized as a bounce. If you are able to make your visitors browse more pages from your site, that will reduce the bounce rate. So placing more associated links, or related material somewhere on your page, would help reduce bounce rate.
 
What's your current bounce rate now? Since your site is a company / service site, the bounce rate normally around 10-30%
 
Performance is not the best. Also the video above the fold means nothing for me. At the first look above the fold, I dont really get what your business is about. A girl draws a smartphone, hmm okay, but throwing away the sites performance for this? I would optimize the content on top of the site, remove the video and work on the headlines at first.

Also there are some onpage things missing, like the "Image" title tags on the images, which are annoying for me, but that wouldnt affect the bounce rate I guess.

Just my 2 cents.

I really appreciate your answer, if you think it's to be bored so I'm said that it provides an informative information in an interesting way. if you think that's why my bounce rate higher so I'm reminded of your point and working for your point. if you have more suggestion for my website related please discuss here.

Thanks for a great answer some point are sort out and some point are in progress on my website. but, just I want to know about some point like how I attract the right visitors and if I change my metas so google punish and drop my ranking. give me some idea to compelling call to action.

my bounce rate is 68% I want to know how i reduce or adjust the bounce rte of my website.
 
You must create quality content.
And some quality video and images.

So that your content in enjoy the visitor and feel at your website
