Hello rotem. We can totally explain why there is an issue with your link. Most of the time it's a restriction from the link, counter hidden, private profile, not username only. Sometime we do have to cancel orders when services are not working but this is not the case right now.

This is not a scammer site and we aren't stealing anybody. We are suspending account if you are doing paypal chargeback as this is against our policy.
