It depends. What are you getting out of taking over the brand's story?

Are you being paid for a collaboration and this is just an add on?

Is the brand big, or small? ie. Would it be great for YOU to be associated with them, or is it the other way around?

I have a makeup videos page so it is a makeup brand, they are doing the backstage makeup for a fashion week. So they said to me that Can they takeover my snapchat for a day?

They also said that they are a newly launched makeup brand.... Also they wanted me to post an ad also on my page.....

Yes, charge them. It's not like they're Lancôme, Estée Lauder, Anastasia Beverly Hills, Smashbox, Tarte, or Too Faced.

They get more out of you, then you out of them.

I have done a lot of work with lifestyle brands on Instagram with established accounts.

Generally, if you are letting a brand access your audience in any way, it should be mutually beneficial - they are contacting you because they need your audience.

Most influencers charge for the post and also expect some of the products so they can promote them.

Be wary of small brands that want your account information, as well. Make sure they're legitimate before handing over all of you credentials.

i have 200k page, real followers, I do SFS with accounts on same " LEVEL ".....but if brands ask for shoutout or lower accounts...i charge.

$15 for 6 hours....Is that the right price?

In terms of engagement, almost all of my videos get 5-10 k views and some get above 50 k views and pictures get 500-800 likes on average... So am I charging the right price?

Too cheap - start charging $15/hr minimum.

Remember, you are not selling an Instagram post, you are selling influence and credibility as a trusted source.

Don't break your followers trust for shitty brands for no money.

TBH, I am quite surprised that I am underselling..... Because I have seen many accounts with same number of followers charging this amount, so I thought this might be the right price....Anyways thank you very much everyone for the guidance... I am truly grateful

I'm not selling anything. I deal with bloggers on a daily basis. Bloggers don't sell shouts. They sell collaborations with brands.
Any blogger selling posts per hour is undervaluing and prostituting themselves.

If you're a blogger, I'll be at the Revolve Event in LA in a few hours. I'll be wearing a gray tee and sneakers and blue jeans. If you're there, hit me up.
Before that, I'll be at the Rolex Event in Santa Monica in about 1 hour.

You don't have to live in the US to get my advise (which is free, no buy my e-book or stuff like that).

I can guide you on what to say, and how much to charge. I do this, because I hate bloggers getting taken advantage of.

If it's a crappy low quality Instagram account, $100 per post. But, I doubt that her Instagram is crappy.

I'm not saying you sell I'm saying that the community can benefit from your knowledge... it is really the opposite of accusing you of anything but I do see your point about why it should be not a public event.
