Followliker site won't load help!

I have followliker and the site will not load and I am using chrome it just tell me a prompt that says this site can't not be rech took to long to load . Even if I go on other browsers it gives me the say repsonse in different wording I can't even connect on my phone with wifi on but when I turn on 4g/lte the site connects what's is my problem!? :,(

Try logging in using a proxy.
