Purchased a 30 day license earlier today. Not very pleased so far. I have run into an issue and have been trying to get in touch with support to no avail. Your support portal is not sending emails (support account password, ticket updates etc.)

I'll check it out and see if there's an issue with the SMTP servers. Meanwhile, your issue is this: Go to View > Settings > Networking and uncheck the "Prevent accounts without proxies assigned from operating" option. If you are having issues using the support site for now, feel free to PM me.

I'm not exactly sure to be honest. I haven't made a comparison with any other software. If there's any specific feature you need, feel free to ask I'll let you know. Currently, the features are similar to other bots, but we intend to have some new features added that no other bots have. Firstly, we need to take care of bugs and optimizations, which we believe is more important than adding new features.

1. We are working on a new feature that will help you do this. You will basically right click on your account, select "Verify account" and then a window will show asking you to enter your code. Everything else will be done by the software (requesting the code, submitting it etc) which would save a lot of time.
2. It allows posting, but not re-posting. You can choose your captions as you wish in the posting action.
