I want to test spoofing my referrer using http://referer.us/spoof-http-referer.html

I have followed the directions but I think I am placing the code in the wrong place of my website.

The directions say "the code can be installed in various ways, but the code needs to be intact. You need place code at the header section of the web page source code, and after the Content-TYPE meta tag."

I am using blogspot for my test. Here is the HTML of the blog.
