Hi, i use multiple accounts to follow users and unfortunately many times one user is invited by 2 accounts just like on the screen.
Unique users option is enabled. what to do?
Its working now, I most probably missed something.

Yes you can cancel the old one and buy this new one, it has been coded from scratch again and is similar to massplanner.
There was no such issue, he missed something which he later acknowledged. I use this software everyday, if there is an issue I get it fixed first thing next day.

Hi! I'm gonna start by saying I've never used a bot. I've never used proxy or VPN. I'm not 100% sure on what it even means yet(I've just googled a bit).
What I'm wondering is, do I get banned if I DON'T use VPN/proxy? I'm gonna bot on 2 accounts. Thanks!

You can easily use 2 accounts but don't make activity which shows that you are botting , do normal activity and you are good to go.
You need to create different campaigns for each sources.

Since i love design i would say that this program needs a little more clear and visible design. About options, it has some standard options which every good social media bot should have, and also got some extras, but you need to work out on error messages to users. For example, if accounts during login is at phone verification loop, let it write that down in logs, etc etc.. This is the best software to use right now, it has HUGE potentional and the developer is just an amazing person. Support was with me on TeamViewer for 45 minutes just to show me how to login, verificate etc etc.. im just amazed how great the support is! For 10$ a month, you can't get better solution!

Hey guys,
Bought Gramdominator on August 1st, and I have to say it's one hell of a software. Support is top notch, specialy Shreedar wich is fast to answer and solved my only 2 problems. Growth is around 50 follower / account / day wich is pretty nice.

This program has a lot of problems. Here are some I have noticed so far:
- I started a campaign with 16 accounts and ran it for a week I think. I set it to follow 30-40 per day and increase by 10 until it reaches 200 per day. I naturally assumed that this number is per account, not an exact figure for all accounts combined. After contacting support it turns out they didn't think it would be important to have an option to define a range of maximum follows per account.
- I changed the number of maximum followers (just multiplied it by 16 as there were 16 accounts attached to that campaign). Ran it for a while and it started following the correct number of users. I missed it earlier but now I noticed that it is actually following everyone from select 5-6 accounts, instead of averaging through all 16! This caused a huge problem because those 5 accounts had followed 1000 users each whereas the remaining accounts had only followed 5-50 mostly! This is such a huge problem and I contacted support. They told me to wait some more and it will follow from other accounts. Been a few days now and still the same bs.
- I contacted the support guy today and told him it's still not working. I even added more accounts and more campaigns but it isn't following from other campaigns at all (set it to follow 2000 people but it has only followed 3 people in 3 days). The support guy asked me to show him campaign settings and it was all fine. Here comes the shit part. The support guy casually tells me to remove the database file and run the same campaign again. I was about to do that when I realized wouldn't this remove all accounts and everything. Turns out that is the case and this moron didn't think he should tell me first!
- There's an option to "Check with browser" to check account. Every time I click it, it causes the program to become unresponsive for 1-2 minutes and then nothing happens.
- There's another option to "Export Accounts" but it exports a CSV file in wrong order with extra fields. Now if you try to import the accounts using that file, it doesn't work at all. How ironic that the software can't import its own export!
These are just the problems I have noticed with a very casual usage (as I am busy with my primary projects and only testing Instagram at the moment).

I got in touch with a senior support team member and he helped me fix every single issue. Now my campaigns are running as they should! The problem was a database mismatch apparently, but I'm really glad it's been fixed for me. Now, I really want to point out that the type of support these guys provide is literally unmatchable anywhere, let alone blackhatworld. The guy spent literally 2 hours to fix everything for me, explain everything to me and overall give me insights into Instagram and their testing. Also, they are growing at a fast pace and hence training many new support staff members. On top of that, they are really working hard on the software itself. To be honest with you, I would literally pay more than the subscription cost just for the kind of support these guys are offering!
In One Sentence: Forget every other Instagram bot and get this today! I have never recommended a product/service on BHW before (in past 4 years) and this is only reflective of how exceptional their support is. 10/10 any day!

Hey, if you could jump online with us using one of support channels listed at the bottom of this post, I would get a support guy to look at your installation and get the issue sorted, whatever it might me.
Make sure your accounts are working OK and Gramdominator is able to login to it, check using the embedded browser.
