Blogger Outreach Tool?

Hi people, anyone knows a tool or any easy technique to track my blogger's outreach program. When articles are sent to bloggers, need to search the topic on Google and Bing to know those who posted and get their DA and PA each for easy documentations. Meanwhile, we work with loads of bloggers and it hard to do it manually. Anyone know the most effective ways to track bloggers outreach program?

If it's expensive, well, do it manually. But don't forget, time is money, so using such program will give you more time to make outreach, and then, earn more money.

Ninja Outreach will be your best chance if you don't want to do it manually via an excel spreadsheet. Although they just raised their pricing, it's still better than Buzz Sumo...

I use buzz sumo but actually looking for something more enhanced. They typically aren't getting the right email automatically, so you need to use Hunter.io for that.
