They can easily detect that. You can have some proxy traffic, but if it is above certain threshold, and the amount of clicks from proxy your receive are desproportionate they will ban it.

Proxy will ban your Google adsense account because Proxy generate fake traffic on your website and Google not allow fake traffic. so you will be ban.
