Question on Google AdSense Revenue Sharing With Authors

Hi, everyone.

Since I have an army of writers and some of them are regular bloggers, I'm thinking of opening my personal website for a revenue sharing of Google AdSense income.

For example, if you're my writer and you would like to submit an article, I'll publish it. The amount of Google AdSense income generated by that article of yours will be split between the two of us.

I have a WordPress-based website.

Has any of you gained success in doing this?
What WordPress plugins did you use? Can a WP plugin take care of what I'm thinking about?
What advice would you like to give?

You can ask someone to get custom plugin so you can track how much income a specific page generated for you if thats possible.

You don't need nothing special. Just put usual plugin for adsense.
You need to connect your adsense account with your google analitics account (find on google how to do that)
Than, through the google analytics, go to Behavior - > Publisher - > Publisher pages
On this page, you will see the list of all your pages with number of clicks and publisher revenue for each
