ok, so here's my review on
@hacko and the services/bundle/deal here.
tl;dr - great response time, great domain, solid content, patient with any questions you don't quite know how to phrase (n00b-pro compatible service), and the metrics on the listing don't lie. The ish is ranking. ranking. Will follow up with updates.
I'm new to bhw that's for sure, but I've been around the internet for a while, geocities, old school gamefaqs, making jacob's ladders with printer paper perforated sides, and 14.4k days. Sure I was a kid, but the stuff was interesting to me then. Ended up going the software developer route, but I dabble in web stuff from time to time. Never thought about profiting from it all until a few years ago, but the projects i had kept my free time and opportunities to figure out the ins and outs of this game to a minimum. And when I did manage to get something started, I'd either lose interest because nothing seemed like it was working, or I got so busy with work, that I just put it off to the side.
Fast forward, nowadays I'm more actively interested in SEO and the like, and I happen to come across this thread. Seems to offer a good service, and what he says makes sense, but in my head i'm thinking g a w d a m n price premium (keep in mind i'm used to buying 5 buck gigs, and maybe 10 if i want it in one day lol). Regardless of my cheapazz, all the sites were sold out. But that gave me time read more about what you actually get with this.
Eventually, one came up, I got a PM, and I pulled the trigger. Basically everything mentioned in the infographic was what I was expecting to get, and what I got stayed true to what was listed -- a site already ranking (and pretty well if you ask me), and for several words. Not only that, each day that goes by, the majority of the keywords improve ranking, with very little effort.
(
a note to the hesitant: don't feel taken advantage of if you see a listing several hundred dollars more/less than the previous...avg product price and current keyword rankings FOR SURE play a role in that. I don't see any reason why there'd be any nickeling and diming or swindling here, he sells a good product. its just good ole fashion supply/demand/business/schnapps).
I could see him holding off on the sites, adding a bit more, doing whatever magic it is that he does, and selling these for stacks instead of benjis. hopefully not until I've had a chance to grab a few more tho haha.
Now I've only had the site for a few days now, and I will for sure post an update in a week or so, but fwiw, the amount I spent on this package was definitely a time saver if anything. Good niche, already ranking pages for good KC keywords, and a setup process that even I could follow. Not to mention HIGH commission prices on the focus products. Did a quick KW research session, and, to my luck, so many more keywords in this niche that have low KC. i.e. content for days.
Oh, did I mention that it comes with a solid amount of content already? And not bs content you pay 20 bucks for, well written articles pertaining to the niche. Good length, very few (if any) grammar catches, all the right % densities, and they're ranking. tbh, starting from scratch, looking for the right domain and niche and writing the handful of articles could easily cost you some serious coin.
And you don't feel like you're buying a shot in the dark either, he stays on point with the responses and communication, and makes sure you know exactly what you're getting. No downsides so far, and I doubt there will be. But like I said, I'll update in a week, just to see how the rankings have held up.
bottom line, so far so good, and worth the cost. If you have the flex, and you see a site up, grab it. If it's in a niche you like, that's icing on the cake. It'll save you hours and hours of headaches, if not time, down the road.
rating (coming from someone who's skeptical, then cheap haha): 9.8/10
