I've seen the 3 sites initially being offers as part of this service and verified ownership.

The sites are currently ranking position 20-40 for most of the search terms targeted with very little to no SEO work actually being done (a good sign).

These are not finished products, you will need to continue to work on these sites to get something from this.

How does "already ranking" compare to the sellers mentioned in the graphic?

Does it just mean that the articles are indexed and showing up #100 on Google, or do you have some sort of standard/guarantee?

I'm afraid I don't have sample sites at this time - everything I have is for sale only and I don't want to share these sites publicly as I wanna keep them and the niches secret. The sites look like your typical affiliate sites. But, they will serve their purpose right and WILL convert since the traffic is super targeted and keywords have HIGH buyer intent.

If I do a sample site that I won't sell in the future I might be sharing it, but we're low on resources now and these take a lot of research and manpower, so we just wanna sell the current sites we have. Prices will likely get higher as well.

The value here isn't so much in the design (although it's well-established and you don't have to do much or spend more money on it), but in the keywords researched (and PROVEN because of the fact that these sites are ALREADY showing in SERPs), the well-optimized content, product reviews with images, and HIGH product prices and therefore commissions which will make these worthwhile. Etc, etc.

We might be crazy for selling them considering the potential, but I'm trying to build up InstaRank and step away from affiliate marketing. I enjoy this more.

Like @jiungsong noticed, all current ranks for the sites for sale (only two left, by the way) are available on the site. The guarantee here is that the current ranks displayed on the site are achieved DAYS after the site was setup.

No other seller provides this, they're just indexed I assume but not showing up anywhere and you have to take their work that the site is targeting "low competition" keywords, when it's usually just ecommerce keywords and mediocre content that's never going to rank.

That's where this service is different. Most keywords we're targeting for the available sites are ranking between pages 2 and 5 with no links, and not much left to be done. The products have extremely high commissions as well.

Anyway, two sites left guys. It will take some time to come with more, so you might wanna jump in.

IMO there are two approaches to those sites:

- if you have a tight budget you add few 500 words articles targeting some long tails related to the main keyword, start with a small diversity package to build a link base, and then drop few strong PBN links each month targeting the main keywords and some of the long tails - this should allow you to rank pretty well without spending much money

- if you're like me, and like to go big, you can plan out an authority site searching for easy keywords in related subniches

I've tried many services offering ready made sites and this one is, without any doubts, the best one.

just gona give my 2 cents here:
if ur gona buy a pre-made amazon rev site it makes wayyy more sense to buy one thats already ranking in the serps - that is basically proof of concept for a website business.
ive got a site from hacko's last service of low comp keywords and my main keyword (1000 vol, $100 product prices) hit page 2 pretty quickly after i built it...and now hes got a service that skips the hassle of having to write/order content etc, its much more appealing.
