Most of the domains are partial match, yes. You could grow them to promote the same type of product and perhaps things closely related.

I think I'm the first person to get an already ranking site from hacko and I can confirm those sites have great earning potential.

IMO there are two approaches to those sites:

- if you have a tight budget you add few 500 words articles targeting some long tails related to the main keyword, start with a small diversity package to build a link base, and then drop few strong PBN links each month targeting the main keywords and some of the long tails - this should allow you to rank pretty well without spending much money

- if you're like me, and like to go big, you can plan out an authority site searching for easy keywords in related subniches

I've tried many services offering ready made sites and this one is, without any doubts, the best one.

Here's my review:
I paid for my order and waited till the next day I got a PM from hacko on the site.
I get asked to register for a registrar and he asks for my username so he can transfer the domain to me. He does it promptly.
The site looks ok, content is well written. I get a website migration guide. I just use Updraft to do it easily. I need to go through and add my links to the site. Site has several pages but overall needs work. The keywords are for specific models so you definitely would want to add more content to get these pages going.

Here's the screenshot of the volume and rankings. Overall I would probably order again if this converts naturally without adding any links of my own. Just would add more content to build this out.
