j/k ok so I've hardly done crap and still have my first one 1,2,and 5 on 30% of searches others are "dancing" but still worst ranked kw is 25. Which is an inner page and totally my falt as I dont even think I've touched that kw or page yet lol. I hope Hacko doesn't sell to the pre haters on here, what a joke. If you are seriously asking him to give you an exact time and $ amount you need to go read IM 101. Wow can't belive there are some available. I have already told some REAL human friends about this and I am sure going to end up selling a couple hand full by the end of the year.

I haven't noticed any long term rank drops from moving hosts, as long as you have a decent one and keep the site up.
I bought a site from hacko yesterday [already ranking] Almost all keywords are in top 100 infact more than 6 keywords in top 50 without any link building this is amazing. The site has total 11 keywords all low volume and low competition all kw combined sv is 2200 and at %7 commision and has potential to convert it into a authority site in my micro niche. I personally think from my experience of ranking some of previous sites this one is going to be super easy and I hope to start earning within 3 months. I must say its much better to get something like this rather spending money on a new site with no ranks at all and waiting for a year to rank and bank. I am a %100 outsource guy and like to outsource all my link building and I think with this site I am saving a lot of my money and also the time. I have plans to scale this one big time and will be a regular buyer of this service in the coming months.

Alright everyone...here is my own personal experience with what you can expect when you purchase a site from Hacko:
Purchased my site two nights ago, and by the next morning, early morning, I had all login information to the site. This is THE FIRST AND ONLY site, that after spending thousands of dollars on other failed ventures, where I only had to pay a few hundred dollars for a site where a keyword is already ranking on the top of the second page of Google.
7 KW's already ranking on pages of Google.
While these are key words with lower searche volume, this is a perfect starting point for any new person to hit the ground running. While all these KW's are moving up, I can also work on building links to KW's with higher search volume. Average product sales are in the hundreds of dollars with 7% commission.
For comparison, I paid $2,000 for a separate website a few months ago which still has zero rankings, with products averaging $20-$50 but lots of good quality SEO content and professional design. There is still a lot of work to be done on it. (I wish I had joined BHW sooner)
With one of Hacko's websites, you can make a small investment and already be ahead of the pack in shorter time. The research for finding low hanging fruit is done for you. Some of the KW's have no competition and will be just a matter of time that I'm in top 3--with hundreds visiting each month.
The content is well enough as it is. However, I'm of the opinion that you want to make it the best site that it can be. What you put in, is what you will get out. For that reason, I plan on going through line by line to ensure it sounds a bit more natural. But that is just me.
The DESIGN is simple and effective. Logo design and all.
Rounding out my experience with Hacko is the TOP NOTCH service provided. I ran into some issues on the technical side (because I'm still learning) and Hacko was EXTREMELY patient and helpful every step of the way. Back and forth communication, we got things squared away. Bottom line, I goofed up, and Hacko had to step in and fix my mistakes.
I plan on building my portfolio with more sites from Hacko, based upon what I've seen thus far, and the level of service Hacko provides. If you're searching to buy a site from Hacko, do it. The single best investment I made in internet marketing. EVER.

Thought I'd update, in less than 2 months I've got 1 already sitting solid for about a week sitting at 9 on goog. Which is incredible, as I am super slow playing the orange juicer. And yes all bng/yho still in top 10 most at 1 ( which happened in the first month .)
