Purchased a site last week from Hacko. One of the best sellers I've dealt with here on BHW! The site is everything that is promised and more. Excellent design and the keywords are already ranking. In fact they have slowly continued to climb in the last several days without any changes or seo. Agree 100%, also wanted to ad as folks have been asking, these are and can be good if not amazing authority sites, and they are easily gonna be EverGreen! I couldn't make this site up by my self for anywhere near what I paid.. and it would still not be as fine tuned for keywords, experienced placements etc. I could see him in the future ranking them in the top 3, showing money streams, then selling them for 5k all day long.

Purchased one site last week. The niche is good and it was already ranking for some KW. The site was already good looking and the opportunity to develop it into an authority site is definitely here. Furthermore, I'm a beginner in site administration and he helped me to transfer everything to my hosting. I have to say, great service!

I am between pages 3 and 6 for all keywords provided with the site and I have not done a thing to it yet. It would take me months and $$ to do this on my own. The value in what you're getting here for the price is already something I haven't seen provided before.
Are you getting traffic from google ?

I understand it's a weird and hard to answer question since it depends largely upon the site niche and on/off site Black/White Hat SEO you have
Do you get traffic from Bing/Yahoo as well?
I guess you guys plan on creating social signals, backlinks and posts on PBN to promote the site from now on.
Do you guys have this process automatized and already know where to post backlinks to get trafic to you site or plan on starting with an in-depth research from scratch related to the niches of your sites?

I honestly have only transferred the site to my hosting and have begun making an outline for the further ranking and building of the site. I have only checked the rankings in google because that is where my focus is for this site atm. I will be focusing on niche specific backlinks and pbn posts. This is the type of site you can continue to build on and grow, so I am taking my time to do it right. If you have questions, I would ask the man himself. He has been completely transparent and very helpful with all of my many, many inqueries lol.
