Ig limited my follow ability?

I've got my 3y old aged acc, that's PVed and linked to FB page.

Until yesterday my follow limit per hour was like 140-150 people, same for unfollows.

But as far as you understood the limit was greatly reduced 2 days ago.

Now i can follow only 40 ppl per hour from my ipad, and the strangest thing about this is that, now when i try to follow more than 40 ppl Follow button goes from Following To +follow (hope u understood) instantly, like it would do on PC when you try to follow more than allowed per hour.

I'm using IG for almost 3 months and never seen such thing happening. (usually ig just limits my following limit with temp block).

P.S. I've put my acc to the rest for 24h when i first saw this happening yesterday, but today nothing changed :/

They changed the algorithm in Friday, altho I've been able to follow manually 60-90 per hour, but as long as I don't hit the limit. It's very stange, still trying to figure out what's going on.

Hello everyone!!! I have the same problem.
Untill two days before I followed 80 accounts per hour and now Instagram doesn't allow me to make up to 25 follow per 30minutes.
1. I was wondering if this is temporary... I follow manually and it is very difficult to me to make follows every 30minutes.
Personally instagram doesn't allow me to follow more than 25 accounts in one time.

Did you find any solution to make follows per hour?

Yes I have seen a change in following recently. It's just so weird I cannot put my finger around what's actually happened and how many people I have followed

Yes, you get a 24hour follow ban if you surpass the limit. ):

IG are getting smarter , start using hashtags to gain followers.

Focus on hashtags with less competition first then as you grow use broader hashtags (just like keyword research )

I don't think there'll be an update to this situation. IG is hammering automated methods. The limits will get lower and lower.

I have been running a lot of accounts and haven't noticed any changes. Maybe it's a temp ban like earlier mentioned

No such issue on the accounts I manage, but I see threads such as this one here daily. Social networks and Google are tracking everyone 24x7 with laser precision. I've posted many times about it, so by now it's become a joke.

Why would a real user follow 80 accounts per hour? If I were running the Instagram system I'd ban you on first sight.

Yes happened to me too. I have 1.5 year old account and 94k followers.
