I have been very disappointed about the turnaround time of this service. There is not one order that has been started on time in the past month. You should expect your orders to take an average of 3-5 days to start even if it is labeled as INSTANT.

The support team are quick to respond to say they are "sorry" about the delays, but at some point there is so much apologizing a seller can do if they are unable to deliver the service they charge for. They should either consider shutting down their service all together or rethink their "NO REFUND" policy. The seller has an obligation to deliver what the buyer pays for, no excuses.

SO WARNING TO ANYONE WANTING TO BUY - YOU MAY HAVE TO WAIT DAYS FOR YOUR ORDERS TO BE DELIVERED NO MATTER WHAT THE ADVERTISED START TIME IS. FIND ANOTHER SELLER WITH A BETTER TRACK RECORD ON DELIVERING ON TIME.
