Can someone recommend me good CPM Ads Network for Small Publisher?
My popunder cpm is good enough.
But my banner cpm is really really bad, sometimes below 0,01$

Yes, I saw their notification. I think they are fixing their system, prevent it from attackers

I see the rate is quite good at that a-ads
sadly only bitcoin and after some research I still don't know the good way to withdraw bitcoin.
What I get is other than tax from paypal I also have to pay the service, and there is a chance bitcoin rate will go lower.

Why don't you try reliable one such as adsterra clickadu etc?!
They will pay you for sure

my biggest CPM from adsterra is $0.060.
more often below $0.01
and that banners usually make popup

You can try to use ad networks such as Adsterra, TrafficForce, Trafficshop, Exoclick, Reporo. You know CPM depends on GEO, check it on Adspyglass website, there is a table with 30 ad networks and CPM rates for yesterday (tab ‘Best Ad Networks’). I hope this info will help you to find ad network that fits your traffic.

Did you try incorporating native instead of traditional banner? Studies show they drive higher CTR hence higher CPMs for you
