I understand you were not happy with the logo which is why we refunded you the money. For what you want done, you are better off with another company who can do mascot logos but you will end up paying a lot more than $25. The thing is you were not happy so we refunded you. We dont use stock stuff like you claim. But if thats what you think then that's totally ok but we refute that claim. We have our share of satisfied clients but we can never and no one can ever claim 100% satisfaction from every client. Thats only human nature.
Right, as I told you on Skype, it's unwise to call me a liar because I wouldn't have said it if I couldn't back it up.
I know why you refunded me with blazing speed in the hope I wouldn't write a negative review and if you wouldn't have used a stock image I probably wouldn't have but you did, that shit don't fly with me!
So you can tell me on skype how disappointed you are, I was more disappointed.
But yeah, I have to apologize about one thing, I said you got the stock image from shutterstock and in that I was wrong, I hoped you did because then I know at least it cost you something but it gets worse, you got the stock image from a free website.
So like in skype as in here, you can deny all you want, you can keep pointing out the $25 but I specifically asked you how much a detailed design cost because I knew it would be more than the $10 logo, I specifically gave info and details with examples, you had a choice to refuse my order but you didn't so don't come with the excuse that I can't find better for $25 because that is totally irrelevant!
As I said, I wouldn't claim things if I can't back it up, I'm not one of those guys that will write negative reviews out of vengeance with lies so this is on you.
