My review is late, but Nanohits/Moxitek did a infographic for me couple months ago. They even made it bigger than the maximum size they required. The images and graphics used were basic and like stock images already out there, but it illustrated the point of my service.

Can't say I'm happy with the result of last time.

I asked for a specific design and what it would cost, $25 was agreed which was fine, I gave a very detailed description of how I wanted it and the first design didn't even look anything close what I described so after talking about it it was agreed they would make a new one and again I described exactly what I wanted and send examples with it, even photoshopped a bit of the idea I had and If I had the proper tools could have made it myself but I don't so that's why I outsource it.

It was promised that there would be a mock-up end of the week which turned in the end of the next week which was fine because I was told they discussed it with their "designer" and he would work on it.

Finally got the mail with 2 mock-ups and I was very anxious to see the result as I gave such a detailed description and it took longer so surely it would be bad-ass..

The first design I could have made myself literally in 15 min tops. It was just simple shapes and on top off that they pasted a frikking stock image with it! Same for the second design an existing stock image!! Found 1 within 5 min browsing shutterstock..

Very disappointing! The only upside was they refunded my money very fast.

On a side-note, I ordered a logo from them before which I do was happy about but know I'm starting to wonder if that one isn't an existing stock image too.
