That feature is scheduled in an update that was due to be released on Friday although we are a day or so behind with the update. Fingers crossed the update will be rolled out on Monday

Does it safe if i use this plugin while i drive traffic using Fb ads? Will my fb account get suspended?

When using the plugin with FB ads you must make sure that the plugin is not installed on your site until your ads have been approved and running for at least 24 hours. If you need to edit your ads which causes your ads to be reviewed again then you must make sure that you remove the Like Jacker from your site until your ads are approved and running again for 24 hours.

With any BH tool there is always a risk involved and you need to weight the benefit against the risk.

You can do that if you want to but we don't advise to use the Like Jackers pop up for things such as that. The sole purpose of the like jackers pop up is to be closed by your sites visitor asap so they are like jacked.

We have just released version 4.0.9 of the Like Jacker today. I have emailed all Like Jacker customers about the update. If you have unsubscribed from our mailing list then you will not have received that email (shame on you)

This update features a number of small bug fixes, a fix for a mobile browser detection issue, a fix for the country blocking feature as well as some tweaks to the code to make the plugin run smoother on your site.

This coming week we will be adding a feature where the plugin will display how many likes it has jacked for you. That data will be displayed in the Like Jackers settings page.


How to update to the latest version of the Like Jacker

The latest version of the plugin is 4.0.9 and that update should be showing as available in your WP Admin already but if it isn't then please create a ticket at our support desk at https://webuildtools.com/helpdesk/

Please do not post on this thread about a ticket you have opened etc as we are unable to reply to this thread too often due to BHW rules. You will get a reply to your support ticket at the desk asap.

Does it work with people using Facebook app? I mean I've seen couple of your answers but I'm still confused. For example, Would it jack a user that was browsing Facebook using the app and clicked on a link/ card to my website on a group? Also, can I get discount?

Product looks awesome but... support is very slow. If you are thinking in buying and receiving it ASAP think twice. His emails seems to only be able to reach gmail accounts. Sent pm and created ticket and no answer in 2 days. Not sure if something is going on or what. Waiting for my license.

Hi, the only way that it's possible to like jack FB App users is when they follow a link to your site from FB. You can post the link via Messenger, on your FB Wall, on a FB Page, a FB Group or in a comment on any of those. As long as the FB App user clicks the link to your site from inside of FB then they will be Like Jacked.

Suport has been slower than usual but that is being resolved as we speak. Please accept my apologies for that. There should have been no issues with the welcome email being sent to your email address as it was a hotmail address. I have resent that to you a number of times as well as sending you a copy of your welcome email in a reply to your ticket.

All welcome emails are generated and sent out by our licensing system instantly and automatically when your order is received. There will be times when some emails don't arrive for reasons unknown. It only happens to a small percent of the emails sent out by our licensing system.

I replied to you at 19:04:42 the same day (just under 3 hours later) confirming that I will look in to the issue which seems to be caused by a setting within your theme. Sometimes issues need to be passed to the coding team for them to look in to and we can't provide an instantaneous resolution to a support issue (as much as we'd like to be able to).

I know that you have read the reply because our help desk system shows us when a customer has or hasn't read our latest reply to the ticket. Your ticket is showing that you have read my reply. So, instead of replying to the ticket there you posted here in this thread for some reason.

I should also point out that your ticket ID is actually sensitive information and posting it on a public forum is akin to posting the username for your WP Admin.

Please refer to your ticket as I cannot help you with support issues on this thread.
