Need someone to create fake documents for paypal

Hello,
My Paypal was recently limited and is asking for "Proof of insurance with date of birth" or "CPP contribution statement". Since PayPal it's not allowed in my country, I used fake details to create this one, located in Canada (Quebec).

Already contacted websites providing these kind of services, but they can't do these docs.
I am looking for someone who has experience with Photoshop or creating fake documents.

yea, i hate paypal. i had to create a LLC just so i could use paypal without them limiting me

For me it's breaking the law. If paypal not supported in your country it's not paypal fault but your country fault.
Making fake documents? Stinks There is BST on this forum, look for this but for me? This BST shouldn't be here. It's blackhat forum, not criminal forum.

for me it's the same, paypal will have trouble because you in IRS, for sure, they have lawyers to figure it out but still they have trouble

Can you elaborate? Do we need tI create a company so we can use paypal for an online business? What was the limitation?

My personal account got limited. No explanations from paypal. Nothing. Fought with them for months and months. Finally gave up. So, what I did was just create an LLC, opened up new paypal account. Signed up as the LLC and no issues. I'm not breaking there TOS by making new account because theoretically my personal and business accounts are separate. I would suggest setting up LLC if your having problems.

Paypal will know if the documents are fake. I think you just need to follow what blizz3010 suggested.
