Traffic depends on what offers I run but I usually spend around $100 a day.

I wouldn't run any "Virus Alert" ads specifically, other PPI's for games and apps work fine; there is no need to scare people.

Depends entirely on what kind of CPA offers you are running. Some offers give you just a fraction of the money if the action is fulfilled from a low tier country, so you should check that out when making a selection of geos to target

Antivirus is the most popular/profitable area. You're fine to run it on PopAds (I run a campaign in Turkey there right now).
