Most customers are Physco!

I just had a customer call my cellphone and tell me "your company is scum, I don't like your product, I'm calling the bbb, I'm getting in touch with a lawyer to get you shut down", blah blah blah. The part I can't understand is how the hell did she get my cell phone number. I don't offer phone support. Is PayPal giving it out? Some of my products I ship myself and use shippo.

This just reminds me of my old retail days when customers would go physco on you if you didn't give them the whole store because you just gave them what was owed back. People will do anything to cause commotion over $20 which can easily be refunded. I can only imagine going back to a retail job!!!

The thing is , Its common nowadays , Not only customers, people get easily frustrated,Angry,revenge..Its all for just 2 or 3 cents. They want to earn qucik money with quick days but they dont even dont care about the plan and process, they need good quality product but want with cheap price.No one give equal status to another person , All of them need to be top but who is taking risk to be top??

I'm not sure where you from, but is it possible you registered your phone number when registering your company? Because in some countries you can access company data through the chamber of commerce and find the personal phone numbers of owners. These databases are often accessible through university libraries and such.

They're most likely bluffing. Reminds of when I had a fake French PayPal in 8th grade and when they closed it with 12 hard earned dollars in it I went straight to Google Translate and threatened to press charges, then translated the text and sent it.

My English wasn't very good at the time either so assuming actual people work at PayPal and someone must've had a good laugh.

This happens mostly with low-end customers with a low lifetime value. Dollar store customers expect the moon for a buck.

We've all seen People of Walmart. There's a reason it isn't People of Target or People of Nordstrom. One book I read that covered this idea well was, I think, called "Rework." Also Pippin Williamson covered this well when he decided to raise the prices on all of his WordPress plugins (some by 250%). Its completely depends on
How we treat our customers, quality of product / service, Timely delivery, etc..

If seller delivers the product as promised,
then customers would be happy &
might have chance to appreciate the service / product.
If any customer appreciate us - we name them as #Good customers, #Regular Customers, #Happy Customers..

If seller not deliver the product as promised or not delivered on time,
then expecting customers to be happy, appreciate is Stupid

Think, if you're in the situation - If that gets you angry or happy ?
If angry, What you expect from the sellers ?
#Customer Service, #Good solution to the problem, #Response, Etc.. Right ?

Message : The purpose of business is to create customers, So Don't call customers like #physco Customers, #Bad Customers - Every Single customer is Important!

Well said, quite a visible change. Very hard to keep working with a cool mindset, specially when one is working alone without any JV partner(s). I run a few services, but most of my income is dependent on affiliate sites and e-commerce stores. And the amount of chargebacks am receiving these days for no reason at all seems outrageous.

Funny thing is, am receiving the same kind of behavior from several "Customer Support" reps, seems like they just can't accept it that I am paying them for their services/SaaS products, they are like "Stay as a client or f**k off, we don't give a damn".

Gotta admit, friendliest reps I have seen are affiliate managers of "Moreniche" and @tutughosh from BHW, and the list is getting smaller every month.
