Hi, I bought the 10 license with the discount.

I read before that I need a domain which is 4 weeks old, is this still true? Can I use it on a subdomain or will the whole domain get banned?

Also, if I have a license on a domain and the domain gets blocked can I move that license on to a new domain or is that one of my licenses lost forever?

Hi, it is true that the domain of your site where you're using the Like Jacker has to be at least 4 weeks old. On domains that are newer than that, we have found that the Likes are not recorded with FB. It's as if FB are refusing to accept the likes. As soon as your domain reaches 5 weeks old this is no longer an issue.

And to answer your other question, yes, you can deactivate the license on a domain as often as you need. It is explained in the user guide for the plugin exactly how to do this which is very easy. You can deactivate the license on a domain when ever you wish so you can move the Like Jacker between sites as often as you need to.

I was looking in my account for ages waiting for something to happen, nothing did.
Then I found I had an email with my license code, just had to upload the plugin to WP and input my license. Appears to be working OK.

Agree, yesterday i had steady traffic through whole day around 5k visits nothing happend and then suddenly in evening few likes appeared / 103 page likes / so i tough it finally started working, but today no new likes,, Traffic is from facebook i dont know whats the problem but it is surely not worth 30€

If the plugin doesn't appear to be working on your site then we will assist you with this and once you see that it is working I would home that you would return to this this thread to post your update.

Hi, yes, that is correct. As the Like jacker is a WP plugin that you are punching you will need to download the plugin and install it on your site. I'm afraid our magic powers are lacking somewhat that we're unable to cause the Likes to begin appearing on your FB page unless you actually download and install the plugin on your WP site

As above, all tickets have been replied to and I apologise for any delay that you have experienced. Please check your ticket so we can ensure the plugin is set up correctly on your site. Also, if you post in the thread with regards to your support ticket we will need you to have mentioned your BHW username in your ticket so we can verify that you have a ticket at the desk.

In the past we have had a small number of BHW members post on the thread claiming that they like jacker wasn't working and that they had opened tickets at the desk which had been ignored etc. It turned out that those members had not even purchased the plugin.

This is why, when you create a ticket at the support desk, it asks you to enter your BHW user name if you're a member here.

Hi, I am guessing that you ignored the advice that we give about not getting too many likes too fast with the like jacker so that you can avoid raising a flag with FB.

If your site has never sent your FB page a single like in the past and then suddenly it sends over 100 likes right out of the blue then FB will think that is unusual. When that happens they place the 'confirm like' button on your site. Because the like jacking is taking place behind the scenes it means the confirm like button isn't seen by anyone. If the confirm button isn't clicked then the likes won't be confirmed.

That is what the issue is right now. It isn't a fault of the Like Jacker as it was just doing what you told it. The Like Jacker is not at fault at all.

However, it is very easy to get the confirm like button removed from your site. All that you need to do is set the jacking percentage to zero for 5 days. This means the plugin won't try to like jack anyone and that is enough for FB to remove the 'confirm like' button from your site.

As I said, we provide a lot of advice about how to use the Like Jacker correctly to avoid these things from happening. In the Welcome Email that you received is a link to an article on our blog that covers this issue in detail. It is important that you read this advice and follow it.

I think a lot of people fail to realise the real value of this plugin which should really be sold for $37 per month rather than a one time payment of $37.

No, this is a WP plugin that has to be installed on a self-hosted WP site. It will not work on any other kind of site or platform.
