Yeah, I'm a bit surprised that I even managed to make more than a dollar online. Given the kind of person that I am and how I function, it was no small feat.
Lol, this was one of those things that got to me pretty hard. When you are sitting there at 2 am writing articles and start wondering, "wtf am I doing with my life?" and " so... when will it be mine turn to get rich??". I never thought it would take this level of dedication to get anywhere in IM.
Once I get a new phone I'll see what I can do.
It's the dilemma of being a spiritual person in a carnally-minded society. I believe in God, so it makes it twice worse. Not only do I believe that reality has a purpose, but that most people have failed before they even began. It's a pain in the ass believing in the importance of a community, but knowing that because most people (those of whom I am thinking of, not necessarily every nation on Earth) are blind sheep, they will fuck it all up either way.
Very difficult not to be cynical and nihilistic about it all, lol.
This is what I enjoy -
I'm a simple person. Sometimes I play games, sometimes I listen to music on YouTube, and other times I might be outside clearing out the grass. I'm becoming closer to a country-bumpkin than I originally was. I don't know how to monetize my lifestyle, but I'm sure I'll find what works for me eventually.
Did you seriously just copy/paste what Billy_Batts wrote? Oh, trying to get those 15 posts in before the ban? I miss the downvote ranking system.![]()
That's fine man. Just live your own purpose is what I'm getting at. If business adds to it.. that is great. If your life purpose is to be a starving artist or something that is fine too.
You sound young, so at least you didn't wait until the age of 45 to come to this realization. Maybe you could sell ebooks about living a more simple life. Many people wish for this but want their hand held in achieving it.
